Our program is specifically and thoughtfully designed for individuals who rate a 4 or above on ACES and/or need a level 3 or 4 program level of support services as defined by CALOCUS. With a staff that is lives and breathes Trauma Informed Care, The Non-Confrontational Approach, and the most current de-escalation techniques including CPI we have created a safe therapeutic environment where individuals who are just below the Residential facility level of need can flourish. As a fully licensed Integrated care facility we have Nursing and Medical staff on site eliminating barriers of access to care for physical and medical needs. Partnering with Choice Academy, a Private School who utilizes a fully accredited educational program with a true focus on meeting those needs we are able to adjust the learning environment into a safe and understanding model to not only meet members where they are at academically but customize the educational model; to fit those needs and help the students achieve Victory as they work towards returning to a mainstream educational environment. We believe that an individual’s Culture and History is a critical component to long term sustainable positive outcomes. We weave a persons guided Cultural discovery into their individualized program of care to not only rediscover who they are but allow them to integrate that into who that want to be giving them a foundation for growth. Lastly we have embedded The 4 Tenants into our programming, a cultural approach that focuses on Honor, Purpose, Understanding, and Health that creates a sense of community among the members as they heal and that community becomes an integral part of their support system.
